Ingrients & Directions


1 Egg or 2 yolks 1/4 c Cream or milk
pn Salt

In a cup or small bowl, mix the egg and salt together with a fork
until well mixted. Stir inthe cream or milk. Apply the egg wash to
the crust using a brush. Egg wash can be stored in the refrigerator
for a couple of days if kept well covered.
