Key Lime Pie 4

Ingrients & Directions


1 9″ baked pastry shell 8 oz Lime juice from concentrate
Yellow food coloring (opt) Green food coloring (opt)
1 9″ graham cracker crust Whipped cream
6 Egg yolks Whipped topping
28 oz Sweetened condensed milk

Preheat oven to 325’F. In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with
sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and food coloring if desired.
Pour into prepared pastry shell; bake 40 minutes. Cool. Chill. Top
with whipped cream. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
