Ingrients & Directions
1 1/3 c Low-fat soy milk
3 c Cooked white beans
2/3 c Honey
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Cloves
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1/8 ts Salt
2 tb White flour
Preheat oven to 350 F. Throw all of the above ingredients into a blender,
and mix until creamy. Dump into the empty flattened freddie, and bake for
45 minutes. Refrigerate before before serving.
