1 STICK UNSALTED BUTTER
6 EGGS
1 cn FAT FREE MILK
1 sm BOTTLE PURE VANILLA; (2 OZ.)
1 tb NUTMEG
1 1/2 c SUGAR
WASH POTATOES AND BOIL WITH SKINS ON UNTIL WELL DONE. COOL, PEEL AND THEN
MASH. ADD BUTTER EGGS, STIR TILL WELL BLENDED , ADD SUGAR, NUTMEG, VANILLA,
AND MILK, STIR REAL GOOD. IF TO THICK ADD A LITTLE REGULAR MILK. POUR INTO
PIE CRUST (SHOULD MAKE ABOUT THREE PIES). BAKE IN A 450 DEGREE OVEN FOR 15
MINUTES, REDUCE HEAT TO 350 DEGREES AND BAKE FOR 40 MINUTES OR TILL DONE IN
CENTER.
