Cranberry And Raisin Pie

Ingrients & Directions


2 tb Cornstarch
1 1/4 c Hot water
1 c Sugar
1 c Raisins
2 c Cranberries
1 tb Butter
1 8-inch pie crust with extra
-for lattice strips

In a saucepan, blend together cornstarch and sugar. Add the hot water and
cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Add raisins, butter, and
cranberries. Cook for 5 minutes. Pour filling into pie crust and cover top
with 1/2 inch lattice strips of pastry. Bake at 450 for 30 minutes.
