Creamed Pie W/ Fresh Fruit

Ingrients & Directions


3 oz Cream cheese
1 ts Unflavored gelatin; soften
-in
1 ts Water
1/3 ts Vanilla
1/3 c Sugar
1 pt Whipping cream
1 Baked pie shell or graham
-cracker crust
Fresh fruit or berries

Cream together cream cheese, gelatin, vanilla, & sugar in mixer, scraping
sides as you mix. Add whipping cream & beat rapidly until stiff, but do not
overbeat. Put in pie shell & freeze 1 hour. Serve topped w/ fresh fruit or
berries in season.
