Easy Cheesy Apple Pie

Ingrients & Directions


-CRUST-
1 c Flour
1/4 c Quick cooking rolled oats
1 1/2 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1/3 c Oil
1/4 c Milk

FILLING
6 c Apples,peeled & sliced
3 1/4 oz Vanilla or coconut cream
Pudding or pie mix (NOT inst
1/2 c Shredded American cheese
1/3 c Flour
1/3 c Sugar
1/4 c Quick cooking rolled oats
3 tb Margarine, softened

Heat oven to 375 degrees.In a 9″ pie pan,combine all crust ingredients and
mix well.Press crumbs in bottom and up sides of pie pan. Do not press onto
rim.
In a large bowl,combine apples and dry pudding mix;spoon into unbaked
crust.Sprinkle apples with cheese.In same bowl,combine remaining
ingredients until crumbly;sprinkle them over cheese. Bake @ 375 degrees for
40 – 50 minutes or until light golden brown and apples are tender. Serve
warm.Makes 8 servings.
