Peaches And Cream Pie #1

Ingrients & Directions


Pastry for 9″ ( 1 crust )
-pie
8 Peach halves; peeled
2/3 c Sugar
4 tb Flour
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 c Cream

Place peaches rounded side up in pastry lined pan. Mix the sugar, flour,
salt, cinnamon and cream; pour over peaches. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 400
degrees until crust is nicely browned and filling is set.
