Ingrients & Directions
3/4 c Brown sugar
2 Eggs
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Pecans
1/2 c Cornstarch or flour
1/2 ts Lemon juice
Slice pears to fill unbaked pie crust. Pour the following over the pears;
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until pears are done.
I have also made this with canned pears, using of the juice.
