Beer Bread

Ingrients & Directions


3 c Self-rising flour
3 tb Sugar
1 cn 12 oz beer

Mix all three ingredients. Batter will be thick and lumpy. Grease a
standard size loaf pan (Pam works great) Bake at 350 deg. for 50
minutes, brush top with melted butter and bake for 10 more.

Enjoy (we’ve had it every night this week!)
