Cheesey Beer Bread

Ingrients & Directions


3 c Flour
4 ts Baking powder
2 ts Salt
1 1/2 Grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c Freshly grated parmesan
-cheese
1 tb Dried parsley
1 c Beer
1 tb Liquid honey

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cheeses and parsley. Stir in beer
and honey until well mixed. Spread into a greased loaf pan. Bake at
350 degrees F for 45 minutes until browned on the outside, and a
toothpick inserted comes out clean. Turn out on a rack to cool.
