Peach Pie With Berry Jam – Bon Appetit

Ingrients & Directions

5 c Sliced peeled and pitted 1/4 tb Cinnamon
-peaches (about 2 lb) 1 9-inch frozen deep-dish pie
1/3 c Boysenberry or raspberry jam -crust, baked
2 tb Sugar 1 tb Butter
1 tb Cornstarch 1/2 c Granola

Preheat oven to 425’F. Combine first 5 ingredients in medium bowl and
mix to blend. Transfer to crust. Cut butter into small pieces and dot
over surface of pie. Place pie on baking sheet and bake until filling
bubbles, covering edges of crust with foil if browning too quickly,
about 35 minutes.

Sprinkle granola over pie. Continue baking until granola is brown,
about 8 minutes. Cool on rack. Serve warm.
