Pecan Fudge Pie

Ingrients & Directions

1 1/4 c Light corn syrup Softened
1/2 c Sugar 1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1/3 c Cocoa 1 c Pecans — chopped
1/3 c All-purpose flour 1 ea Pie crust (9 inch) unbaked
1/4 ts Salt 1 pk Whipped cream, light —
3 ea Egg OPtional
3 tb Butter or margarine —

In a large mixing bowl, beat the first eight ingredients until
smooth. Stir in nuts; pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 deg. for 55 to
60 minutes or until set. Cool completely. Garnish with whipping cream
if desired. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
