1 ea 9 inch baked pastry shell or
Graham cracker crust
1 pk 8 oz. cream cheese – soft
1 cn 14 oz. Eagle Brand Sweetened
1/3 c Realemon lemon juice
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 qt Fresh strawberries, cleaned
1 pk 16 oz. prepared strawberry
In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in
sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in Realemon brand juice
and vanilla. Pour into prepared pastry shell. Chill for 3 hours or
until set. Top with strawberries and desired amount of glaze.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
