Fluffy Peanut Butter Pie

Ingrients & Directions


BASE
1/3 c Margarine 2 1/2 c Rice Krispies
6 oz Chocolate baking chips

FILLING
8 oz Cream cheese 1 ts Vanilla
13 oz Condensed milk 1 c Whipping cream; whipped
3/4 c Peanut butter Chocolate syrup
3 tb Lemon juice

Melt margarine and chocolate chips; remove from heat and stir in rice
cereal. Press into a greased 9-inch pie plate.

In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sweetened
condensed milk and peanut butter, combining well. Stir in lemon juice
and vanilla.

Fold in beaten cream and turn into crust. Drizzle 1 or 2 tablespoons
chocolate syrup over top. Chill at least 4 hours.
