Eggnog Cheesecake

Ingrients & Directions


1 8 oz cream cheese, soft 1/8 ts Ground nutmeg
1 cn 14 oz condensed milk 1 Graham cracker pie crust
1 Egg Whipped topping & ground
1/2 ts Brandy or rum extract Nutmeg for garnish

In large bowl, with electric mixer, mix cream cheese until fluffy. Add
milk, egg, extract and nutmeg and beat until smooth. Pour into crust.
Bake at 300 degrees for 35-40 minutes or just until set. Cook
completely. Chill for 3-4 hours, and garnish. Serve.
