1 c LIGHT BROWN SUGAR 1/3 c CHUNKY PEANUT BUTTER
1 c WHITE SUGAR 1 c WHIPPED CREAM (COOL WHIP)
3 x EGGS – BEATEN SLIGHTLY 1 x UNBAKED PIE SHELL
1/2 ts VANILLA

COMBINE FIRST FIVE INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL, MIXING THOROUGHLY. POUR INTO
UNBAKED PIE SHELL AND BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES AT 400 F. REDUCE HEAT TO 350 F.
AND BAKE FOR ANOTHER 30 MINUTES. CHILL. TOP WITH WHIPPED CREAM OR COOL
WHIP
