Fat-free Fudge Brownies

Ingrients & Directions


3/4 c Whole wheat pastry flour
1 c Sucanat
1/4 ts Salt
1/3 c Unsweetened applesauce
3 Egg whites or equivalent
1 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Baking soda

Combine dry ingredients. Beat wet ingredients. Combine and beat wet and
dry ingredients. Pour into an 8×8 in pan sprayed lightly with nonstick
cooking spray. Bake at 325 F. for 25-30 min., or just until the edges are
firm and the center is set. Cool and cut into squares.
