Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingrients & Directions


2 tb Peanut butter; 1 ts Honey;
1/3 c Nonfat dry milk powder; 1 tb Water;

Combine all ingredients, mix well. Place on a sheet of wax paper, shape
into a rectangle about 1/2 inch high. Press firmly in place. Chill 30
minutes, cut into squares and serve..

REMEMBER…THIS IS TWO SERVINGS…..:)

Per serving: 9g protein, 8g fat, 12g carb., 163mg sodium, 2mg chol., 147
calories.
