Peanut Butter Pie

Ingrients & Directions


18 ea Chocolate sandwich cookies – 1 c Powdered sugar
Crushed 1/2 c Milk
1/4 c Margarine, softened 3/4 c Whipped topping
3 oz Cream cheese, softened Chocolate shaving
1/3 c Peanut butter

Mix crushed cookies with butter. Press into 9″ pie pan. Bake at 400 deg f
for 5 minutes. Cool. Combine cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar,
and milk. Beat until smooth. Pour into pie pan. Refrigerate for several
hours or until set. Serve chilled. Top with whipped topping and chocolate
shavings before serving.
