Crustless Apple Pie

Ingrients & Directions

1 Egg
1 c Granulated white sugar
3 Apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 c Chopped nuts

Butter a 9″ pie plate. Beat egg; dump in rest. Bake at 350 degrees
for 45 minutes. Top is like a crusty meringue from the egg and
sugar. The rest is like apple pie. Serve with shipped topping or ice
cream or even just milk or cream. May easily be multiplied to serve
very large groups.
