Sausage Pie

Ingrients & Directions


2 lb Sausage
8 Hard-boiled eggs
1 Ball Mozzarella cheese
1 Unbaked pie crust and top
-crust; (10-inch)
6 Eggs; beaten
1/2 c Milk

Prick sausage and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Peel eggs and
chill. Lift sausage from fat and chill. Slice sausage, eggs and cheese.
Layer eggs, cheese, sausage, ending with sausage. Beat eggs with milk. Pour
over pie, top with pastry crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
