Ingrients & Directions


YIELD: 10 SERVINGS
1/2 c Plain lowfat yogurt 1 t Prepared horseradish
1 T Sweet pickle relish 1 t Dried parsley flakes
2 t Minced onion 1 ea Dr Hot pepper sauce

In small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate
2 to 3 hours to blend flaveors before using. Stir before servings.
Makes 2/3 cup. Per 1 Tablespoon: 10 cal, 1 g protein, 1 g carbo, 0 g
fat, 1 mg chol, 20 mg sodium
