Aunt Clarabelle’s Pineapple Cream Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 Pie shell, 9″; baked
-(deep dish)
2 c Milk
3/4 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tb Cornstarch; heaping
1 tb Flour; heaping
1 pn Salt
1 ts Vanilla
16 oz Pineapple, crushed; drained

Combine everything except the vanilla and pineapple and cook over
medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Remove from the heat
and add the pineapple and vanilla. Pour into the shell after cooling
slightly.
