Dark Chocolate Fudge Sauce

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Brown sugar, packed 3/4 c Heavy cream
1/3 c Granulated sugar 3 tb Butter
3/4 c Unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 ts Vanilla extract
— prefer dutch ds Salt

Preparation Time: 0:14 1. In a 1-qt glass bowl, combine brown sugar,
granulated sugar, cocoa, and cream. Mix well. Add butter. Heat in
microwave on High 1 1/2 to 2 mins, stirring once, until well mixed.
Heat 1 to 1 1/2 mins longer, or until bubbly and sugars dissolved.
Stir in vanilla and salt. 2. Serve hot over ice cream, cake, fruits,
etc. Or cool and store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Reheat in
microwave on Low 1 to 2 mins, stirring twice, until of good pouring
consistency.
