Ingrients & Directions
2 1/4 c Brown sugar
2 1/4 c Granulated sugar
1 lb Butter (4 sticks)
4 1/2 c Flour
2 1/3 ts Baking soda
1 tb Vanilla
1 1/8 ts Salt
4 1/2 c Oats
1 pk (large) chocolate chips
1 c Nuts (you choose)
5 Eggs
Cream eggs, sugars, butter and vanilla. Add dry ingredients except oats to
creamed mixture. Mix well. Stir in oats, chocolate chips and ;nuts. Usa an
ice cream scoop to place 4 on a greased cookie sheet. Bake in 375 degree
oven until flattened and brown. Freeze the dough you don’t use in a plastic
bag.
