Garlic Cheese Biscuits

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Bisquick
2/3 c Milk
3/8 ts Garlic powder
1/4 c Melted butter
OR 1/4 cup olive oil
1 c Shredded sharp Cheddar
Cheese
Makes 1 dozen.

Preheat oven to 425F. Combine Bisquick and 1/4 teaspoon of the garlic
powder; mix in cheese. Add milk, stirring just until dry ingredients are
moistened. Roll or pat dough on a lightly floured surface to 1/2″
thickness; cut with a 1 1/2-inch cutter.
Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Combine melted butter and the
remaining 1/8 teaspoon of the garlic powder; brush on top of biscuits and
bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
