2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 cn (16 oz) Libby’s Solid Pack
3/4 c Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1/4 ts Ground cloves
1 cn (13 fl oz) evaporated milk
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
1. Preheat oven to 425?F. Mix filling ingredients in order given.
Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 425?F for 15 minutes. Reduce
temperature to 350?F and continue baking for 45 minutes or until a
knife inserted into center of pie filling comes out clean. Cool. Top
with whipped cream.
