Tartar Sauce

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Finely-chopped dill pickle
1/4 c Minced onion
2 tb Chopped fresh parsley
1 tb Dill pickle juice

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Chill for at least 1 hour
before serving. This recipe yields 1 1/2 cups of sauce.
