Chocolate Fudge Cake

1 pk Swiss chocolate cake mix
30 Caramels
1 cn Condensed milk; sweetened
1 lg Carton Cool Whip?

Mix cake mix as directed on box. Pour 1/2 of batter in a 9×13 inch pan.
Bake at 350 ? for 15 minutes. Melt caramels and the can of sweetened
condensed milk. Pour over first half of cake. Add last half of batter. Bake
15 minutes or until done. Frost with Cool Whip?.
