Banana Raisin Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 pk Banana pudding and pie
Filling mix
2 c Milk
3 Egg yolks
1 c Raisins, steeped in hot
Water and drained
1 tb Butter
3 Egg whites
1 ts Vinegar
3 tb Sugar
1 Baked pie shell

Prepare pie mix as directed on the package with eggs and milk. After
mixture thickens, add raisins, vinegar, and butter. Cool and pour
into crust. Make meringue of egg whites and sugar and spread on
cooled pie. Bake until brown, 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Randy
