Fudge Brownies

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Sugar
1/2 c CREAM OF WHEAT Cereal, see
-note
1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa
1/3 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c EGG BEATERS Healthy Real Egg
-Product
1/4 c Margarine, melted
1 ts Vanilla extract

Note: (1/2-minute, 2 1/2-minute or 10-minute stovetop cooking)

In large bowl, mix sugar, cereal, cocoa and flour; blend in egg product,
margarine and vanilla. Spread in greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at
325?F for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost
clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into 2-inch squares.

Nutrition Information per serving : 115 calories, 3 g total fat, 1 g
saturated fat, 46 mg sodium, 1 g dietary fiber

NOTES : Makes 16 squares
