Fettucine Pie

Ingrients & Directions


3/4 lb Ground beef
1/2 c Parmesan cheese — divided
Onion — chopped
3 Eggs
16 oz Crushed tomatoes
2 tb Butter — melted
1 ts Oregano leaves — crumbled
Parsley — chopped
Salt and pepper
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/2 c Mozzarella cheese —
Shredded
4 oz Fettucini

Brown meat and onion in skillet. Stir in tomatoes, oregano, salt and
pepper. Bring to boil. Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, 20
minutes. Remove from heat and add mozzarella and 1/4c parmesan. Let
stand 9-12 minutes. Meanwhile, cook fettucine. Bea Let stand 5
minutes. Turn out on round platter.
