Swiss Potato Pie

Ingrients & Directions


3 c Prepared instant mashed 1/2 c Hellmans’s mayonnaise
Potatoes 1/4 c Minced onion, fresh
4 oz Shredded Swiss cheese 1 Egg, slightly beaten

In mixing bowl combine all ingredients and beat until well mixed.
Spoon into a 9 inch buttered pie plate. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 400
degrees or until puffed and golden brown. Randy Rigg
