Ingrients & Directions
2 c Milk
1/3 c Butter or Margarine
3/4 c Sugar
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
4 Eggs
1/2 c Flour
1 c Shredded coconut
1/2 ts Nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in blender container. Blend on high for 1 minute.
Pour into greased and floured 10″ pie dish. Bake at 350^ for 45 minutes or
until custard is set.
